A swimming pond, fruit and berry garden, terraces and garden spaces offer everything for the enjoyable, private time out in a wonderful sunny location with views of all the mountains of the Ausseerland. For home office in the mountains or for playing and surfing on the tablet is a high performance WLAN available, in the evening and in bad weather crackles the fireplace.
The residential units are all accessible on dry feet from the central underground garage - in the corridors, artworks by young Austrian female artists await for contemplation and reflection.
A sauna with small, wellness area is available in the reservation system - our guests should enjoy private atmosphere here as well.
In a short distance you will find golf course, tennis, Narzissenbad as well as local supply. Mountain biking, hiking and jogging are best right from the front door, skiing, mountaineering and climbing on the nearby Loser in 15 minutes driving time or 25 minutes on the Tauplitz.
