The vacation apartment " Balcony of the Palatinate", approx. 60 sqm, is located in the wine village Haardt, a recognized resort. The living-dining room with fully equipped fitted kitchen - dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven with induction hob, coffee makers (pad and filter), milk frother, egg boiler, etc.. - and cozy sitting area with sofa, satellite TV, stereo and Wlan provides comfort and coziness in equal measure. The covered and protected balcony with the wide opening doors and the magnificent distant view invites you to linger and relax. With the view into a brilliant sunrise begins a beautiful vacation day, with a glass of wine in the evening with candlelight this can then end. In the sep. bedroom with double bed - two separate mattresses with adjustable slatted frames - and large closet you will find restful and peaceful sleep and enough storage space. A spacious daylight bathroom with tub and shower possibility completes the apartment. Whether you want to unwind, explore the Palatinate Forest on hiking tours, discover the Haardt and Neustadt gastronomy or get to know the delicious wines in the many wineries, here you will find what your heart and palate desire. The small town of Neustadt with its historic old town invites you to linger just as much as the surrounding towns, which enchant with art, culture, history and modernity in equal measure. Neustadt is the ideal place to stay and relax as well as to explore and enjoy. The hiking trails of the Palatinate Forest start about 200 meters from the apartment. Many guests love and enjoy extensive mountain bike tours or longer bicycle tours along the wine route. Also excursions to the many historical places, to the nearby cities, to the neighboring Alsace or to one of the nearby amusement parks offer beautiful experiences and enjoyable moments for every taste.

As a welcome, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water are ready for you on the day of arrival. Coffee and milk and sugar for the first coffee after arrival is also available, as well as a small assortment of tea. The wellness package also includes made-up beds and a towel package with two towels per person. Just arrive and feel good, you are very welcome!
