Our holiday flat is 70 sqm in size and is located on the edge of the forest in the climatic health resort Kell am See in a quiet location and borders directly on the Ruwer river. You are invited to experience a few relaxing days in the beautiful Hunsrück and let your soul dangle. Here you set the rhythm. You can park your car on one of the two parking spaces directly at the house.
Start your hiking tour, your bicycle tour or a cultural excursion to the neighbouring regions and experience a few unforgettable days in the beautiful nature of the Hunsrück.
Distance to Trier: approx. 38 km, to Luxembourg: approx. 80 km, Frankfurt-Hahn Airport: approx. 57 km, Frankfurt: approx. 180 km, to Schengen: approx. 55 km, to Sankt Wendel in Saarland: approx. 50 km, to neighbouring France: approx. 90 km or to the Moselle with its beautiful wine villages: approx. 25 km.

The extensively renovated vacation home offers you a kitchen with complete equipment. Microwave, dishwasher, coffe-mashine, etc., living an eating space with television and WLan.
We place two seperate sleepling rooms at your disposal. Enjoy a large bed of 2 m width and a further more possibility for sleeping in the second room with a bed of 1,40 m. The bathroom is equiped with shower/toilette/hairdryer.
Outdoor you can use a terrace and you are allowed to enjoy the bordering garden. You can also sit down on the bank in the garden and enjoy a wonderful environment.
