Arrival from 4 p.m., if you arrive later than 7 p.m., please let us know in good time.Departure by 10:00 a.m.Dogs are welcome with us and cost 7.00 euros per night / dog in 2020.From January 7th, 2021 we charge 8.00 euros per dog per night.A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per apartment.Cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request.Down payment rental price:When booking, a deposit of 20% of the total price (at least EUR 50.00) must be paid within 14 days of the booking date.The remaining payment must be transferred to our bank account at least 5 days before the start of the rental or paid on arrival with card payment or in cash.Cancellation and cancellation policy:The tenant can withdraw from the rental contract before the start of the rental period by giving the landlord a written declaration.The time of receipt of the notice of cancellation by the landlord is decisive.If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, he has to pay a lump sum for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit in the following amount:Cancellation up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least EUR 50.00).Cancellation up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50%.Afterwards and in case of no show 100%

Our holiday farm is located in the holiday region Lennestadt of the Olpe county.From the A45 take the Meschede direction and follow the signs '' Elspe Festival ''.The Karl May Festival (Elspe Festival) is located near our farm.From the A45 after about 25km comes the place Trockenbrück where there is a pedestrian crossing.After this crossing, turn left towards Melbecke / Obermelbecke and drive through the village of Trockenbrück.Then comes the Melbecketal which you go about 2.1km and then turn to the first yard on the left side.You are now at the Ferienhof Verse.
