The holiday flat is in the center of Bad Sasssendorf.
You can reach the spa gardens, the thermal bath, the newly built brine concentrating house and the predestrian precinct with shops and ice cream parlor in walking distance.
If you fancy a day without cooking you can find a bakery and restaurant across the road from the holiday flat. Supermarkets are also in walking distance.
The museum of the westphalian saltworld is just across the road, where you can experience the history of the westfphalian salt.
Our modern, sunny, non smoking holiday flat has 59 sqm. The spacious living room contains two comfortable settees, cable television and a radio.
You can relax in the king size bed and look forward to your relaxing days in our lovely spa village.
In the newly refurbished bathroom you will find a shower with a low level entrance and big window.
The kitchen entails everything you need to create your meals.

Arrival: from 12 o´clock or upon consultation
Departure: until 10 o´clock
We will hand over the keys personally on the day of arrival
No pets allowed
Bedding and towels are included in the price
Parking space is optional for a fee of 1 € per day
Baby bed could be provide free of charge
Visitor‘s tax is charged separately
For disregard of the non smoking regulation a cleaning lump sum of 150€ will be levied.
Conditions and extras
You pay on the day of your arrival but a deposit of up to 50 % is possible after booking.
If you cancel more than 30 days before you arrive, you get back the total sum.
If you cancel between 14 und 30 days before you arrive, you have to pay 50% of the total sum. Otherwise you have to pay the total sum.
We recommend your guests a travel cancellation insurance.
