The newly renovated apartment is located on the upper floor of the typical north German, red clinker house in green and idyllic Koldenbüttel, just outside the gates of "little Amsterdam" Friedrichstadt. The pretty apartment also has a balcony with direct views of the small, historic church. If you are looking for peace and quiet from everyday stress, this is the place for you. By the way, you can park your car in front of the house on the car parkinglot for holiday guests.

The apartment is equipped with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen has a full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockery and cutlery. A table with four chairs and a cozy sitting area with two sofas invite you to linger. A TV and a music system are also available. The bathroom is equipped with toilet and shower, a washing machine and a clothes horse and a hair dryer. In the first bedroom has a double bed, a closet and a dressing table with mirror. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe with mirror. A storage room with cleaning utensils and vacuum cleaner and a cloakroom with mirror in the hallway are also available. The 16m² large balcony with seating area and parasol and a barbecue is also available for guests to use.  Towels and linen are included.
