The holiday flat is located directly on the Ems cycle path in Telgte. The Ems is about 100 metres away. A discounter with a bakery is only 500 metres away. The bus stop for the R11 line in the direction of Münster and in the opposite direction to Warendorf is also only 20 m from the front door, and the holiday flat is also close to the Maria Frieden rehabilitation clinic or the St. Rochus Hospital. If you are unable to find accommodation in the guest house of the rehabilitation clinic or if you are a relative of a patient at St. Rochus Hospital and would like to stay nearby, this holiday flat is ideal.There is a covered seating area in the courtyard. Smoking is permitted there, but not in the house. Bicycles can be locked in the shed. After consultation, the rear part of the garden can be made available. A barbecue (but no grill) would be available there.There is a fully equipped kitchen in the flat. You will find a coffee pod machine, a coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, crockery, glasses and cutlery (8 place settings each). There is an oven and a dishwasher. Pans and pots are of course also available. There are two beds in the bedroom, which can be separated if required. There is space for your clothes in a four-door wardrobe. Bed linen is provided. In the living room you will also find 6 wine glasses, 6 beer glasses and 6 champagne glasses.the bathroom is quite small in favour of the (living) kitchen. However, you will find a spacious shower (70 x 120 cm) with a glass partition (please dry the shower after each use), a WC, a washbasin and a mirror cabinet. A hairdryer is also provided. In the hallway you will find a cloakroom with a small shoe cupboard and a washing machine in the cellar. The tumble dryer can also be used.

The flat is located on the mezzanine floor and can be reached via an external step and 4 further steps. The 18 square metre sun terrace can be accessed from the living room and from outside via an external staircase. Balcony furniture is available. There is also an electric awning and a parasol. The flat has blinds and the living room and bedroom can each be completely darkened.Otherwise, it has the same furnishings as the flat on the upper floor.
