Apartment complex in the Kaiserallee - no lift.

Big sized three room apartment on the 2nd floor (no lift), approx. 70m² over two floors. Living room with sofa corner (sofabed), armchair and coffee table, separated dining table, cupboard with TV, video recorder, open kitchen with ceran hob, baking oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher and refrigerator, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, balcony with chairs and table and view to the Godewindpark. Downstairs, the floor is laid out with tiles and rugs. Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed (one mattress approx. 1,80 x 2,00m, open foot end), tall wardrobe with linen closet, small bedroom with two single beds (former bunk bed, where also two adults can sleep, approx. 0,90 x 2,00m, no open foot end) on the left side of the room and an extra bed (single low bed) on the right side of the room, the upper floor is laid out with laminate / carpet. A children's travelbed and high chair is in the cupboard. This apartment is best suitable for 2 adults and 2-3 children, bed linen and towels available for 5 persons, no extra charge for the 5th person.

Attention: Please be informed not to use the upper bed of the high sleeper (safety hazard!) the lower bed is useable. Thank you for your attention!

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Easy cancellation:
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the total price.

    “Alles in allem ein prima Quartier, in dem man sich wohlfühlen kann und auch mit Kindern gut Urlaub machen kann. Es ist nicht so picobello und wie bei "schöner wohnen", das entspannt erheblich! Und sauber ist es und alles da, was wir brauchten! Wir würden die Fewo wieder buchen, wenn wir wieder nach Travemünde wollten! Positiv: Mir gefiel besonders die Aufteilung in zwei Stockwerke innerhalb der Wohnung sowie der überdachte Balkon, auf dem ich gern geschlafen habe. - Schön war auch, dass es keine extra eingerichtete FeWo ist, sondern dass zu merken war, dass dort "echte" Menschen leben und sich die Wohnung gemütlich gemacht haben. - Beeindruckt hat mich der freie Zugang zu den Bücherregalen und die offizielle Erlaubnis, ein Reiselektüre auch mitzunehmen, wenn sie im Urlaub nicht beendet worden konnte. Tolle Idee! - Und die "idiotensichere" Anleitung für den DVD-Player war auch schön!
    Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt - und geben ein besonderes Lob auch an die Touristinfo, die uns wunderbar-freundlich und humorvoll in Empfang nahm, uns die Unterlagen unkompliziert übergaben und sich mit uns über unseren Urlaub freuten! Negativ: ..., dass unser Urlaub nur sooo kurz war... Restaurant: Der Italiener Ecke Kaiserallee/Bahnhofsstraße - sehr freundlich, sehr lecker! Ausflüge: Brothener Steilufer - einfach nur schön!”

    “Positiv: Haus macht einen sauberen Eindruck.
    Sehr schöner Wohn-Eßbereich mit Balkon.
    Gute Lage Negativ: Kein Fahrstuhl, daher für Ältere eher ungeeignet.
    Von der Tiefgarage bis 2.Etage gefühlte 1000 Stufen
    Seperate Toilette (man muß immer durchs Bad) schlechte Lüftung.
    Die Schlafzimmer, eher ein Behelf, nur für Ehepaar
    mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Heizung im Schlafzimmer ohne Funktion !
    Mini-Fernseher! Größere werden doch sehr preiswert
    angeboten!”
