We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.
The flat is in an apartment building with multiple units and no elevator.
One room apartment with approx. 40sqm for two persons, combined living- and bedroom with wall unit and two separately fold out wall beds ( hard matresses), three piece suite - new 2023, coffee table, armchair, side board, dining table with three chairs, inside built-in kitchen without window, with electric stove, cooker hood, refrigerator, dishes, baking oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, bathtub with integrated shower, WC, corridor, with built-in cupboard and wardrobe, TV, USB access, balcony with balcony furniture (view to the street Strandredder), blinds, the apartment is carpeted, tiles in the kitchen and corridor and bathroom.

Underground parking place nr 30 (driveway Kaiserallee 49/51, use the key with the number 33 to open the gate), no elevator, 6 stair steps to the main entrance and 23 stair steps to the 1st floor, right corridor, 3rd door on the right hand side - nr 30. It might be that you have to switch on the electric fuse situated in the first cupboard on the left side, otherwise it will be too dark in the apartment. Distance to the beach approx. 200m.
Bicycles can be parked and locked outside (hangers). In the underground garage on the right there is a bicycle cellar (key is also apartment key).
Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Easy cancellation warranty:
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the total price.

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.
Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!
