The apartment im Kirchberg is situated in our private house at the outskirts of town, directly at the vineyards and with a great view over the town which you can also enjoy from the big balcony who ranges over the whole length of the apartment. In front of our house a free parking space is available from which you get to the apartement by an external staircase.

Our mordernly furnished apartment has a big balcony with an amazing view over the town and the surrounding vineyards.

Besides, the apartment offers 1 bedroom with a big king-size bed (2 x 2 m) and a spacious wardrobe (bed linen inclusive), 1 large living/dining room with flat-screen TV and radio, 1 bathroom with shower/toilet (towels inclusive) and 1 full equipped kitchen. These has a dishwasher, an oven with ceran-cooktop, a microwave and a fridge-freezer. Moreover coffee machine as well as a Senseo-Padmachine are available.

The bedroom accommodates also a travel bed for babys and infants up to approx. 2 years (15 kg) which can be placed at your disposal on demand at no charge (bed linen not inclusive). Either a highchaire is available and can be used at no charge.

The apartment has an own doorway and is located in a quiet area at the outskirts of town.
