On the western coast of Istria, surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation blended with olive groves, vineyards and fields, you can find Kaštelir, a small, quiet place where Casa istriana nona Pina is located. Kaštelir is an ideal place to enjoy, relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the immediate vicinity of the house (100m) there is a local market, post office, ATM, coffee bar, restaurant and butcher shop (300m) where you can find everything you need. In Porec (10km) there are large shopping centers with a diverse offer that will satisfy even the most demanding.Hello dear guests, our names are Marijan and Vesna and we will be happy to host You in our Istrian house, decorated in a rustic style with antique furniture where you can feel as if time has stopped. Since we are renters for the first time, we hope to be able to satisfy all your needs to our mutual satisfaction. Marijan is engaged in olive growing, so you can try top-quality Istrian olive oil and wine with us. Welcome gift package (domestic products) for all our guests. We are looking forward to your arrival.

Casa istriana nona Pina consists of two apartments that are rented together taking into account the privacy of our future guests. Larger apartment is for 7 people, upstairs are 3 bedrooms(1.bedroom -4 single bed, 2. bedroom - double bed, 3. bedroom - 2 single bed) on the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom with toilet, separate toilet and a spacious living room. The smaller apartment is for 4 people, upstairs is a bedroom( double bed and two single bed), on the ground floor is a living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The smaller apartment also has a large terrace (22m2) with a beautiful view of the garden and gentle hills to the sea.

In the garden there is a wooden table and benches, barbecue and garden loungers. The house is ideal for larger families or families who like to spend holidays together. The house is located on a 2000m2 fenced garden(suitable for children and pets), and your pets are welcome. Since the garden is large, there is more than enough space for everyone, whether in the garden or if someone wants to enjoy the terrace with a beautiful view that reaches the sea

The Mediterranean landscape of Kaštelir and the cultural richness of Istria will surely enchant you. Bike trails will take you through vineyards and olive groves to unforgettable moments, trail trails that are suitable for less physically fit recreationists and families with children. You can enjoy walking through forest paths, olive groves and vineyards and views of the hills that will surround you. In just 10 minutes you can reach numerous beaches, of which as many as 12 are allowed to enter your dogs. You will be delighted by the rich gastronomic offer of Istria. For all those who want a little adrenaline in the immediate vicinity there is paragliding, karting, various adrenaline amusement parks, aquapark Istralandia (20km), Aquapark Aquacolors Porec (15km), as well as various water sports, bars and restaurants located near Porec. For those who want to spend a quieter vacation, there are also many options. Sightseeing of numerous historical sights, such as mosaics in the Euphrasian Basilica (from the 6th century) in Poreč, which is on the UNESCO list of protected world cultural heritage, visit Baredine Cave (8km), Višnjan Observatory, fishing on the river (Mirna) and the sea and many, many more interesting things to discover.
