Holiday home with garden near Prague - tranquility and relax

Relax in the nature with all comfort!
The house is located in a small village Morinka, 30 km from the very centre of Prague. The village is under the state protection as a national heritage. There is no active farming or industry and very little traffic as it is "no drive through" place. The house lies by a paved road and it is very easy accessible. The location is very good for both hiking in the surrounding nature and for going to Prague.

The accommodation is 160 m2, and consists of 2 apartments that are connected via a separate staircase. In addition, there is a separate bedroom with bathroom on the 1st floor.
The ground floor apartment (nr. 1) has the entrance hall, bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilette, kitchen 16 sqm, living room with a sleeping sofa 14 sqm and a fire place, and two bedrooms with individual entrances, each approx. 9 sqm. One bedroom has two 80cm beds that can be put together or used as single beds, and the second bedroom has an Ikea guest bed and an elevated bed, perfect for children.
The attic apartment (nr. 2) has a separate entrance. It features 1 bedroom with king-size bed, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and a toilette, 1 tea kitchen and 1 living room with dining corner.
The room (nr. 3) has an Ikea guest bed 160x200, and it features a bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilette.

The garden around the house has approx. 1300 sqm and it is mainly grass, flowers, bushes and trees. The yard features a dining table and two benches and a barbeque place. More garden furniture is in the garden.

The place is very quiet and so is the neighborhood. Hence it is very good for people who want to relax in quiet. Family with children will appreciate the garden as well as the public playground in the village centre. Baby travelling bed is provided on request.

The village is surrounded by woods, fields and meadows, so the place is ideal for hiking and biking. In Dobrichovice, 5 km away, is river Berounka with easy access for swimming. Boat rental is also avialable there. Castle Karlstejn is only 3 km away by walk, 5 km by car. The bus stop is only 300 m from the house and the bus goes one direction to Prague and the other to Revnice (5 km), where the train to Prague centre runs every 30 minutes.
