The garden leads you to the entrance of the apartment where you enter directly into the living kitchen area with it's rustic fireplace, sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs. From the living area facing the garden is the small bedroom with bunk beds. The hallway leads into the double bedroom and to the bathroom with toilet / shower. There is also a little grotto for storing beverages and food. The apartment has modern facilities with condominium comfort: satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and WIFI Internet connection. The vineyard homestead is distinguished by its particularly warm and sunny position, and can therefore be used year-round and has central heating. Firewood is charged at cost price. The stunning location of Casa Rina gives inspiration for walking, hiking or biking, even directly from the property. From the large balcony on the lake side of the building you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. The general relaxation area with breathtaking lake view is beautifully decorated with Pool [7 x 3.5m], sun terrace with sun loungers, patio, barbecue and pizza oven. For our younger guests there is a gold fish pond, guinea pigs, dwarf rabbits and the chickens for them to enjoy. A table tennis table and board games can be found in the tavern in the main building. In the traditional "Cantina", you can find house wine and specialties from the area and, on request the local baker brings fresh bread to the house in the morning. Getting around without a car - you can walk to Gravedona in about 15 - 20 mins. and enjoy the beautiful lakeside promenade with numerous shopping facilities, attractive restaurants, bars and cafes. From the harbour you can have boat trips to other places around the lake. By car you reach Gravedona in 3-4 minutes. There are enough parking spaces available above the property. The vineyard farmstead Casa Rina is from 1724 and consists of four buildings with eight individual apartments, some partially renovated and some completely rebuilt in the original style. The property is located at about 200 m above the lake on a sunny terrace amid vineyards and former stone houses in Lombardian style. In the neighbourhood is a small waterfall. The special, quiet location with Riviera-like climate offers a fantastic panoramic view of the lake. The former landowners have erected a Madonna-chapel in the grounds which is still preserved in its original condition. Community pool, two sun terraces, pizza oven with grill, taverna with table tennis and various games, wine cellar (Cantina), parking We are reachable daily from 09.00-21.00 o'clock, in urgent cases also at night Gravedona is a charming little town on Lake Como with a historic ambience. Experience the beautiful lake promenade, the small, narrow streets and the cafes and the Ristoranti with the typical diversity of Italian cuisine. Let yourself be impressed by the old churches and buildings or enjoy the bathing beach. Buses, Swiss Postbus, Bernina-Express, speedboat 1 dog is welcome.
