Can Moranta by LOCALITE has two bedrooms. In the first one, you will find one double bed. The second bedroom count with two single beds. There is a comfortable living room with two sofas and Tv. Of course, there is WiFi. From the living room, there is a door which reachs you to the interior patio, protected with a cristal, which mantains the property warm in winter and you will feel fresh in summer days. There you will have at your disposition a dining table, ideal to enjoy your meals with your family or friends. :) From there you will see two doors. One is entrance to the full equipped kitchen, with utensils, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher & more. In the opposite site, there you will find the first full bathroom - with Toilet, Basin & Shower. Going through the cristal door, you will find laundry and second full bathroom & more space from the patio.

This is one of the quietest areas of Santa Margalida, a few meters from supermarkets and the Plaza, where you find where the life of the locals is concentrated. There is a good connection by public transport, but it is recommended to rent a car.

There is a 50% reduction after eight nights. Children aged 16 and under are exempt. In the high season which means from the 1st of May until the 30th of October. Ecotax per person per night: 2,20€ In the low season, which means from the 1st of November until the 31st of April.
Ecotax per person per night: 0,55€ Please note that Ecotax and Electricity are not included in the price. For reason of responsible consumption, we charge 0,35€ per KW consumed.
