Gemütliche 2 1/2 Zimmerwohnung "Tschuetta" mit separatem Schlafzimmer mit Dusche/WC "Alpetta", im oberen Teil von Scuol an sonniger Lage mit herrlicher Panoramasicht, ein eigener Parkplatz, Gartensitzplatz mit Liegewiese, zu Fuss 10 Minuten vom Ortskern und der Bergbahn entfernt.

Tschuetta: Schlafzimmer (2 Betten 2* 90 x 2.00 m), Wohnzimmer mit Bettssofa, grosse Garderobe, Tageslicht Dusche/WC, offene Wohnküche, Sat-TV und DVD, Radio/CD, Internet. Wohnfläche ca.54 m2.

Alpetta:
 zusätzliches Zimmer, direkt gegenüber der Wohnung mit separatem Eingang. Schlafzimmer mit Grand Lit (1.40 x 1.90), Dusche/WC, kleiner Esstisch mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Sat-TV, Radio/CD, Internet. Wohnfläche ca. 15m2.
