Chesa Rivarel is located in the Muragl district of Pontresina just a 10-minute walk from the historic center of the town. The cross-country ski trails are directly accessible from the apartment. The Muottas Muragl funicular leads to one of the most beautiful panoramic points of the valley and is located just 1.2 km from the apartment. St. Moritz is 5 km away.The nearest bus stop is Pontresina, Godin at 350 meters.In summer and winter the paths are directly accessible from the house. The modern and bright apartment is located on the first floor of the building and can be reached from the pedestrian entrance by going down one floor. It consists of four bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a French bed, and two with two single beds each.The property has two bathrooms: the first with a double sink, toilet, and bathtub; the second with a shower box, single sink, and toilet. There is also a TV room with a three-seater sofa.The living room with an open-plan kitchen creates a particularly welcoming environment. The terrace, which extends along the living room and TV room, offers an unparalleled view of the mountains of the beautiful Engadine.Two covered outdoor parking spaces are provided, one behind the other. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and a small storage room for skis, boots, and jackets, for exclusive use.

    “Bei dieser schönen Wohnung hat die wenige Sonne , die wir nicht hatten, nicht gestört. Es war hell und freundlich, inmitten grossartiger Natur. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll Eingerichtetund und hell. Die Lage , ideal neben der Langlaufloipe und den Wontereanderwegen, in einer Märchenlandschaft in herrlicher Bergkulisse. Negativ: Zwei Schlafzimmer haben nur kleine Fenster und sind etwas kark.
    Die Küchenausrüstung hat wenig Qualität. Es fehlen Eierbecher.”

    “Schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung im bezauberndem Oberengadin. Auch in der Zwischensaison gibt es viele tolle Ausflugsziele. Die Steinböcke im Dorf zu dieser Jahreszeit sind faszinierend. Positiv: Tolle Lage am Rand vom Dorf, Aussicht auf den Fluss vom Balkon, schöne Sitzecke im Wohnzimmer, zwei Bäder, Weg am Fluss für Hundespaziergang, schöner Teich vor dem Haus, sehr ruhig in der Zwischensaison Negativ: Kapselkaffeemaschiene, Herd ist kompliziert zu bedienen, Schlafzimmer sind eher steril eingerichtet”

    “Lage und Grundriss schön, mit etwas mehr Investement in die Ausstattung könnte es eine tolle Wohnung geben Positiv: Aussicht, Umgebung Negativ: Ausstattung minimal (Küche), keine Verdunkel der Schlafzimmer möglich, karg eingerichtet (insb. Kinderzimmer), keinerlei Informationen zum Ort in Wohnung vorhanden Beste Reisezeit: Im Winter gut, aber nicht direkt an Skigebiet, dafür Langlauf direkt beim Haus Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, tourist office - Etwas Fussmarsch bis ins Zentrum notwendig Empfehlung: Personen mit denen man sich gut versteht, die Badezimmer sind ringhörig :-)”
