APARTMENT WITH PARADISIA VIEW overlooking the Gulf of Orosei and the green surrounding nature.The apartment, recently built and elegantly furnished, consists of a living area with sofa bed overlooking the veranda, kitchenette, double bedroom, second bedroom with three beds, two bathrooms and a large veranda furnished with table and chairs and a sofa with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Orosei. Present: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in the rooms, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Possibility of eighth bed.In a private position, it is however very close to the services and to the lively promenade of Lungomare Palmasera as well as to the central beach; it is also an excellent starting point for diving into the marvelous waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Cala Luna and Cala Goloritze for example, as well as for hiking or climbing in the wild hinterland.The rates indicated refer to a maximum occupancy of 7 people; possibility added 8th bed: 12 euros per day. Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price.Final cleaning: € 60.00. Kitchenette and dishes to leave clean and tidy; otherwise a surcharge of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person.Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week.Internet rental, upon verification of the signal: 9.00 euros / day.Possibility to smoke only in outdoor spaces.Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 20.00): € 50.00; late check-out (after 10.00 am): charge of one more night's stay.Tourist tax to be paid locally: € 1.20 per person per day, for persons aged over 14 years, from mid-March to mid-October.Security deposit: € 200.00. The spectacular natural location of Calagonone is best grasped by coming from Dorgali: at the exit of a tunnel that pierces the bastion of the Bardia and Tului mountains you pass from a mountain landscape strongly marked by roughness, spiers, jagged ridges, to a grandiose seascape with infinite horizons towards the blue waters and bounded to the ground by a fantastic backdrop of mountains, woods of holm oaks, valleys.The numerous quality tourist establishments and the port make it an ideal starting point for countless excursions to the whole of Barbagia, both by sea and by land.A special consortium of boatmen organizes, in collaboration with the municipality of Dorgali, the transport of visitors along the coast; it takes care of private boats and boats, and the latter are also rented in the port.By boat you can reach the famous beach of Cala Luna, a jewel so precious to require adequate protection, and the cave of Bue Marino: the cave, which is part of the karst system of the Supramonte massif, opens a small entrance to the sea and hides amazing natural treasures in its kilometers, as well as some families of monk seal, last examples of distant glacial epochs of the Mediterranean.Gonone wing gives easy access to the southern part of the Gulf of Orosei, immersed in the typical Ogliastra landscape, characterized by the extraordinary combination of the harsh rocky nature and the crystal clear sea, which produces a wide range of wonders, with vertical cliffs on the water and wooded escarpments inhabited by an important birdlife.
