NOVIGRAD ISTRIA CROATIA! There are two apartments on the ground floor of the MARKO family house. Apartment -KIWI- **** (A3+1) for up to 4 people, 3 adults and a child up to 12 years. Both apartments are on the ground floor of a two-family house with a fenced garden in a very quiet area of Novigrad. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living room with kitchen and dining room and a bathroom with shower. An extra bed for a child is available. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, TV and satellite antenna, wireless internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, safe, kitchen with all the crockery and cutlery necessary for a normal life. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with a stone table and benches in the shade of a kiwi tree where you can have lunch. There is a barbecue in the garden. The apartment can be rented all year round, outside the summer season only on weekends and public holidays. The owners live on the first floor of the family home and look forward to making your stay pleasant.
