Can Miguel

Can Miguel is a Family Villa in the heart of the countryside near Pollensa. In a peaceful rural area within easy reach of beaches and the towns of Pollensa, Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. The house is surrounded by a lush lawn and a well kept garden full of palm, olive and fruit trees, with a private pool and a gated driveway. It has been decorated in a combination of traditional Majorcan Farmhouse style and classic modern furniture in neutral colours with tiled floors, white walls and beamed ceilings. Can Miguel is a very comfortable house that has most of its rooms on the ground floor; the kitchen-lounge-dining room has 2 sofas, Satellite TV, DVD, free Wi-Fi, a wood-burning stove and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is very well designed in the Majorcan style, built with a lot of storage including a dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Also on the ground floor are 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower. On the first floor there is a gallery with a relaxing reading area that has spectacular sea and mountain views and the 2nd bedroom with twin beds and an en suite bathroom.     “Ines und Miguel sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
    Wir haben uns sehr über die frischen Eier gefreut.

    Wir, als Katzenliebhaber, haben uns sehr über die Vierbeiner gefreut. Positiv: Die gesamte Anlage mit Pool ist einfach klasse und lädt zum verweilen ein.
    Die Finca ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.
    Die Betten im Erdgeschoss sind neu und sehr bequem. Negativ: Verbesserungsvorschlag:
    Eine Lounge Ecke wäre noch schön für die gemütlichen Sommerabende auf der Veranda. Restaurant: Restaurants Bellaverde, Port de Pollenca - Vegane & vegetarische Karte, schönes Ambiente & guter Service. Ausflüge: Talauf d‘Albercutx - Den schönen Sonnenaufgang genießen”

    “Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Positiv: Super Ausstattung! In der Küche war alles vorhanden und sehr sauber! Sogar Gewürze, Essig, Öl, Zucker und mehr waren noch vorhanden.
    Der Garten mit Pool etc. war alles sehr gepflegt. Toll waren auch die frischen Eier! Danke! Negativ: Das Leitungswasser war etwas salzig, so dass wir zum Kaffee kochen Mineralwasser genommen haben.”

    “La casa perfecta, la piscina, el porche, la casa en general es ideal, tranquila pese a estar cerca de la carretera. Lo unico que cambiaria serian los colchones, son muy balndos y pequeños, si eres alto se te salen los pies. Pero todo lo demás esta muy bien, la cocina muy bien amueblada y con todo lo que hace falta para pasar unos dias tranquilos y en familia. Además esta lleno de gatos que son super cariñosos y que a los niños enamoraron. Positiv: Las habitaciones si tuvieran camas de tamaño normal son muy pequeñas, se te salen los pies y además los colchones son excesivamente blandos. Negativ: No hay nada que pueda decir que no me haya gustado. Tan solo los colchones, son muy blandos y cuesta mucho dormir lo que hace que no se pueda disfrutar al no descansar bien de noche.”

    “Wir waren Anfang Oktober 2015 im Can Miguel bei Ines und haben es einfach nur gut gehabt. Es hat alles geklappt und das Haus liegt gut zwischen Port Pollenca und Alcudia.

    Es ist gut eingerichtet mit allem als eine Familie braucht. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Mallorca fliegen dann kommen wir mit Sicherheit wieder zu Ines. Positiv: Der schöne Pool mit Garten und die grosse Küche wären toll sowie der ruhige Standort des Hauses waren genial. Negativ: - Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, market, tourist office - Es hat alles in der Umgebung was man braucht. Empfehlung: Families - Für uns war die Lage ideal gewesen. Waren über schnell mit dem Mietauto und hatten unsere Ruhe. Restaurant: Ca'n Panxo in Port Pollenca - Das Beste Restaurant im Norden welches wir gefunden haben.”
