Can Miguel is a Family Villa in the heart of the countryside near Pollensa. In a peaceful rural area within easy reach of beaches and the towns of Pollensa, Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. The house is surrounded by a lush lawn and a well kept garden full of palm, olive and fruit trees, with a private pool and a gated driveway. It has been decorated in a combination of traditional Majorcan Farmhouse style and classic modern furniture in neutral colours with tiled floors, white walls and beamed ceilings. The kitchen is very well designed in the Majorcan style, built with a lot of storage including a dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Also on the ground floor are 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower. On the first floor there is a gallery with a relaxing reading area that has spectacular sea and mountain views and the 2nd bedroom with twin beds and an en suite bathroom.
