Holiday family Oshowski The approximately 60 square meters apartment has a living room (1) with kitchenette and two beds, a separate bedroom (2), a small entrance hall (3), a bathroom with toilet (4), a separate toilet (5) and a Loggia (6) with a view of the Watzmann. The house is also a private pool house (7). The apartment is located in Berchtesgaden in a central yet very quiet location (about 800 meters from Central Station). To Jenner ski area and lake Königssee is about 4 km. A bus stop is less than 200 m. (1) The living room (1) has a kitchenette with Oven, stove and sink and refrigerator. A sitting area with seven seats is made on the large windows with unobstructed views of the Watzmann. The living room features can also connect a TV to a Wii console. Also located in the living room that fold out beds (III + IV). A closet and cabinets for cutlery and crockery are available as well as coffee maker and kettle. (2) The separate bedroom has a king-size bed (sleeps I + II) and a sofa bed (sleeps V & VI). The guest can thus decide whether he wants to spend the night with children or with 4 people in a large sleeping area or in separate bedrooms. In addition in the bedroom, a children's bed can be placed. A pull-out table in the bedroom can alternatively be used as a desk or with support as changing facilities. A sitting and reading area completes the creation of large dormitory. (3) The small connecting hallway is also used as an input field. He combines living room, bathroom with shower, private toilet and bedroom with one another. By using the two large rooms for sleeping rooms, the restrooms are thus used without passing through each other's bedroom. (4) The large bathroom has a toilet, a bathtub, which is also prepared to take a shower and a mirrored wardrobe and a sink. (5) The small bathroom, which is also accessible via the connecting corridor, has a toilet and a sink.     “Unser Urlaub war sehr schön. Dass die Wohnung schlicht und einfach gehalten ist, ist für uns ok, zumal ja die Möglichkeit der Poolnutzung die Wohnung noch gewaltig aufwertet. Sehr schade war für uns, dass wir dieses Mal, aufgrund von Corona-Auflagen, den Pool nicht benutzen konnten - aber dafür kann keiner was, es ist halt dieses Jahr alles etwas anders als in unseren vorherigen Urlauben im selben Haus (aber anderer Wohnung).
    Wir haben die Wohnung zu viert genutzt, sehr schön ist, dass die Wohnung über die 2 WCs verfügt. Da wir tagsüber sowieso immer unterwegs waren und die Wohnung nur zur Übernachtung nutzen, genügte sie unseren bescheidenen Ansprüchen. Das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, und der Vermieter ist supernett und sehr zuvorkommend. :-) Positiv: Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns sogar unser Gepäck vom Bahnhof zur Wohnung befördert und bei der Abreise ebenso. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Watzmann ist sehr schön. Negativ: Das Mobiliar der gesamten Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen ... Restaurant: Gasthaus Maria Gern - Große Auswahl auf der Karte, zu angemessenen Preisen, Essen wird frisch zubereitet und hat vorzüglich geschmeckt.
    Flotte, aufmerksame Bedienung.
    Wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse aus.”

    “Positiv: - Ausblick auf den Watzmann von der Unterkunft aus

    -sehr ruhige Lage Negativ: - Ausstattung sehr spartanisch (Holzstühle und Holzbank im Wohnbereich, defekt und ungepolstert (angeblich wegen "Corona")

    - Badarmaturen veraltet, keine Mischbatterien

    - Handtuchhalter fallen bei Benutzung ab

    Hinweis: Vermietung sollte sich vorab einen Eindruck und Überblick über die Beschaffenheit der Unterkünfte verschaffen.”
