The nice, bright 100 sqm non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor on 2 levels.On level 1 there is a spacious living room and the bathroomLiving room: parquet flooring, LCD color TV with DVD player, kitchenette with 4-burner stove (ceramic hob) and oven, refrigerator with 4-star freezer, microwave, water cooker, coffee machine, toaster, CD radio, round dining table with 4 chairs.Nice bathroom with tub shower.Bedroom: double bed 2m x 2m.Level 2 is reached via a wooden spiral staircase, there is another bedroom for 2 persons (bed 1.60 mx 2,00 m) and a gallery with seat.The apartment is suitable for 1-4 adults.Bed linen and towels incl.WLAN.From the apartment you have a beautiful view into the landscape of the Eifel.A part of the large garden is available to them with garden furniture.Parking for a car on the premises.Free shuttle service from Blankenheim-Wald train station on request.The connection to the A1 is only about 7 km away.
