North Cyprus is ideal if you like outdoor activities (swimming, waklking, cycling, paragliding, off road safari, sightseeing). Aqua royal Residence is located 35kms from Ercan airport. A rental car is preferable to visit North Cyprus. Girne is a coastline town. Many isolated beaches can be found and enjoyed without seen nobody for hours. North Cyprus is very popular for its hotels and casinos.

Aqua Royal Residence is a self catering apartments holiday building and provide for its guests an allocated car park space ( extra car park at cost), a social communal area based on the 7th floor opens from 7.00am to 11.00pm beginning 1st of May until the 31st of September and from 8.00am to 8.00pm beginning 1st October to the 30th of April with 2 leisure swimming pools 6mx5mx1.80m / 8mx5mx1.80m ( please read our house & swimming pool rules & regulations), terraces with tables & chairs with seating areas ( guests can request teas & coffees, soft beverages at cost). Aqua royal Residence is fenced, gated on the ground flloor.

This is a building of 27 holiday apartments located in central Girne North Cyprus. There are 24 x 2 bedrooms and 3 x 3 bedrooms duplex apartments. This apartment is No 20 located on the 6th Floor (code F6A20). This apartment has 3bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 3 double beds size 1.60mx2.00m and a sofa bed in the living room. It is equipped with a full fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge & frizzer, oven, cooker,). The bathroom has a shower, toilets, sink, cupboards and it has a 1/2 bathroom with the washing machine/dryer in cupboard. It has an air 4 conditioning unit of 12BTU in each room. The reception has a sofa bed; armchair, coffee table, dining table with chair, a smart TV. On the 7th floor Aqua Royal Residence has a social/communal area with 2 leisure swimming pools of 6mx5mx1.80m and 8mx5mx1.80m, sunbathing area, terraces with tables& chairs and seating are. Guest can request teas & coffee, soft beverages at cost. Aqua royal Residence do not provide meals.
