    “Das Haus ist eigentlich ein tolles Objekt, modern, großräumig und gut ausgestattet. Leider wurde es offensichtlich in den letzten Jahren nicht so gepflegt wie es nötig wäre. Und auch der Garten - wiederum sehr aufwendig konzipiert und überall mit einer Beregnung ausgestattet - benötigt eben diese Beregnung im Sommer, um einladend zu sein.
    In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es gleich 3 Bäckereien im Umkreis von 1km, und einen Supermarkt.
