Casa singola Les Etoiles Bellaggio

Caratteristica casa singola con una splendida vista del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano. E' situata in una posizione tranquilla e soleggiata, poco distante dal centro storico di Bellagio.

A piano terra la casa dispone di 2 ampie camere da letto, la padronale con bagno en-suite salotto e balcone privato, un secondo bagno completo, le scale e la lavanderia
Al primo piano c'è un grande open space di 50mq con salotto, zona pranzo, cucina ben equipaggiata ed un bagno. Inoltre c'è un grande balcone con vista sul lago e monti
E' possibile accedere alla casa sia dal piano terra che dal primo piano

La casa è circondata da un bel giardino con fiori e piante dove vi è un salotto da esterno con un grande ombrellone, delle sdraio, un'amaca e un parcheggio privato. Inoltre vi è un ampio barbeque con vicino tavolo e sedie dove si può gustare un'ottima grigliata con un bellissimo panorama. Completamente recintata è ideale per soggiorni con cani, che sono i benvenuti

La strada che porta alla casa diventa un pò stretta negli ultimi 300m

Il lago e la spiaggia possono essere raggiunti in 15 minutia piedi percorrendo un antico sentiero panoramico oppure in soli 5 minuti con l'auto. A 200m vi è un ristorante, a circa 800m vi è un bar dove gustare ottimi dolci, gelati e prodotti tipici; proseguendo per circa 100m si arriva ad un minimarket per shopping quotidiano. A 1,2 km ci sono tutti i servizi: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, centro sportivo con piscina e tennis. A circa 300m vi è un piccolo torrente raggiungibile a piedi

    “Beautiful house and surrounding garden with a magnificent view over Bellagio and lake Como from its two balconies overseeing the town. Big living room and dining area with a well equipped open-plan modern kitchen.

    Moreover, Stefy and Stefano were wonderful hosts. They gladly helped with any questions we had. We had a great time. Highly recommended!”

    “Wir haben 10 Tage im September in Les Etoiles verbracht und es sehr genossen. Im Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Auch unsere beiden Hunde haben sicch in dem komplett eingezäunten Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Vom Haus aus kann man gut wandern gehen, in 5 Minuten Nähe gibt es auch ein gutes Restaurant. Mit dem Auto braucht man 10 Minuten bis nach Bellagio. Die Gastgeber Stefy und Stefano sind sehr freundlich und kennen sich super aus. Danke für eure super selbst gebackene Pizza ;-)”
