Also due to the view over woods from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site.

Hroznětín, 500 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartment is only suitable for families with children. Maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. Please order bed linen and cots when booking. There is also a holiday apartment CSR EZG 117 for 6 people in the house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the street in front of the house.
