A short distance from the center of Portovenere, one of the most renowned sites in the world and declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, lies this elegant semi-detached house with terraced gardens. At your disposal you will find a huge terrace equipped with sun loungers and a barbecue where you can relax while sipping a cup of tea after a day off site. One bathroom is equipped with Jacuzzi bathtub. This property is are located in one of the most fascinating areas of Liguria and in a strategic position to set off on tours to visit some renowned destinations such as: the villages in Cinque Terre, which can be reached by ferry leaving from from Portovenere, Lerici, only a few kilometers away, with its castle and the golf course overlooking the sea. The Lunigiana area in Tuscany, with its 100 castles can be reached in just over an hour's drive, as well as all of Versilia and its beaches. Car garage (4.75 x 1.95 m) on request and against payment. Trekking enthusiasts will enjoy the many hiking trails located close by. The entrance to the house is via an external staircase.

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und es war alles sehr sauber. Schöne Fliesen im Wohnbereich und im Obergeschoss toller Parkett-Boden. Das große Bad ist beeindruckend. Die Küche ist etwas einfacher und kleiner, aber es war alles vorhanden. Schöne Sitzgelegenheit auf der Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und mit Sonnenliegen. Von der Terrasse kann man auch auf den Hafen schauen. Positiv überrascht waren wir außerdem von der elektrischen Garage, wodurch das Auto nicht am Straßenrand stehen muss. Von der Garage (hafenseitig gelegen, nicht an der Hauptstraße) führt ein Eingangstor über mehrere Stufen direkt zur Eingangstür. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie sprechen Englisch und ein bisschen Deutsch. Alles in allem waren wir doch überrascht,weil alles so schön war.”
