With a splendid view of the Belluno Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and the green Valbelluna, this vacation home with an equipped garden for relaxing moments outdoors is ideal for a vacation in contact with an almost unspoiled nature and at the same time in a strategic position to reach the main tourist attractions of the Veneto region: Mel and the castle of Zumelle, where you can relive the medieval atmosphere; the art cities of Feltre and Belluno (15 km), Treviso (60 km) with the beautiful facades of its palaces; Venice (100 km) unique jewel of the world; Vicenza (90 km), with its Palladian architecture ... Of particular historical and artistic interest are also the smaller towns nearby such as Agordo, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Vittorio Veneto, Bassano del Grappa.... Not to forget the splendid Venetian villas that can be reached on foot, by mountain bike or by motorcycle. Sports enthusiasts will find their ideal destination: in winter with skiing in the nearby Monte Avena (15 km) and Nevegal (30 km) to the areas around Cortina. In summer, Lake Santa Croce (30 km) is a paradise for windsurfers and kitesurfers. Cyclists can try challenging mountain passes, mountain biking and downhill. Kayaking and canyoning are practiced in the numerous rivers and streams that characterize the area. Your pets are welcome, but the house is surrounded by woods and meadows, so wild animals (rabbits, deer ..), can approach the unfenced property. To complete the vacation, there is also a rich gastronomic offer: in addition to numerous trattorias and restaurants offering local specialties, from spring to autumn in the surrounding villages there are a series of festivals dedicated to local products. From Conegliano to Valdobbiadene, the Prosecco Road winds through vineyards, farms and wine cellars.
