Modern, air conditioned guest room in a hostel close to the beach

The hostel is located in Karakum village, approximately 3.5 Km to the East of Kyrenia City. The village is surrounded by a beautiful sandy beach, universities, restaurants and several entertainment places. The property is only 8 minutes (850 metres) walk to the beach, 2 minutes walk to the main road and 10 minutes walk to the market.

The hostel is a special place allowing you to relax, read a book, watch the view from the patio, have a drink and socialize on the large roof terrace within a cozy blooming garden or have breakfast under its extended grapevines.

Located in the village, the property is designed to combine the old and the new. The guest rooms have traditional comfortable beds and bedding. There is a strong internet connection. While the rooms have wooden parquets, the bathrooms have ceramic tiles.

The hostel consists of 15 private rooms, in which there are private amenities as well as shared ones and a cozy small garden within the village. Every room is specially designed with fully equipped amenities for the sole use of the guest. There are shared areas such as: breakfast, open air sitting areas, a patio with both sea and mountain views as well as a cozy garden and parking area for rent a car. It is close to many amenities around: restaurants offering Indian, Italian, Turkish cuisines as well as local kebap houses, a petrol station, mini & super markets as well as the beach, which all are within walking distance. Other amenities and famous places are Cratos Hotel, 4 minutes, Grand Pasha Hotel, at 3 minutes drive.

With years of experience in tourism, the hostel owners have developed paired respect and knowledge of the fact that guests desire to have privacy and aim to relax as well as spend a memorable holiday. They are as close and as far as the guests need them to be.

Being located in the village, hearing and waking up by the sounds of birds, clucking of chicken or roosters crowing is a unique experience offered by mother nature. With such a location, closeness to the beach, amenities and the main road, renting a car is not a necessity but considered an advantage. Private tours can be offered and arranged upon request.
