VILLA - Istrian stone villa with a private pool and a sea view
This beautiful holiday house with a pool is situated in the village Trgetari, above the picturesque little fishing village Trget, near Labin-Rabac. The villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It is 900 metres from the sea.
The 210m² house with two lovely apartments with separate entrances, connected by outdoor stairs, is ideal for families or friends who would like to spend their holiday together, whilst retaining some privacy. The first living room provides cable/satellite TV, air conditioning and a fireplace, the second living room has cable/satellite TV, air conditioning, a stereo system and a DVD player. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed and two bedrooms each with two single beds. All the bedrooms have a wardrobe and air conditioning and bed linen is provided. There are two kitchens equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. The first bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, towels and a washbasin, the second has a shower, bath, toilet, bidet, towels and a washbasin, the third has a toilet, shower and washbasin.
There is a 9m² open terrace in front of the house, as well as a swimming pool (6 x 4m) with a terrace for sunbathing, and a 38m² roofed terrace for your summer holiday. Near the pool there is a summer kitchen 35m², fully equipped with a fireplace for grilling and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Parking space is available on site. The natural site measures 2000m² and is fenced in. Garden furniture and deckchairs are provided, along with a barbecue and an outdoor shower with solar-heated warm water, badminton, table football, table tennis.
In Trget there are two little restaurants offering fresh fish daily and Istrian specialities. It is just 15 minutes to the beautiful beaches in Rabac and 35km to the nearest airport in Pula.
