Holiday House in Protaras with Private Parking

This stunning 4 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Protaras, just 50m to Fig Tree Bay Beach and to Protaras strip.

Outside, in the large and spacious garden, you will find a barbecue, outside dining area, shaded seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with beautiful sea views.

As you enter this modern villa, the ground floor has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, widescreen and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need for your comfortable self-catering stay and the dining area has table and chairs to seat 8 persons.
You will also find one of the four bedrooms with two single beds on this floor and the ground floor W/C.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms on this floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and W/C and a double bed. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and Bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
The main family bathroom is also on this floor with bathtub, overhead shower and W/C.
