Situation dominante offrant une vue sur la vallée de la Dordogne, avec passage des chemins de randonnée n° 28 et 29 « Flânerie au Pays de Fénelon » devant la propriété.
Vous serez au cœur de la superbe vallée de la Dordogne et de ses châteaux, et à 15 minutes de Sarlat, l'âme du Périgord Noir.

Le gite a un espace privé à son entrée avec salon de jardin dans la cour des gites.

Cette maison mitoyenne est située dans une ancienne ferme Périgourdine.

Campagne, nature et quiétude. Nous sommes à 3kms du village de Saint Julien de Lampon pour les premières courses de nécessité ou le marché local du Jeudi. Tous les sites historiques du Périgord Noir sont à moins d'une demi-heure, chemins de randonnée passant devant la propriété. La cité médiévale de Sarlat est située à 16kms soit 1/4h de route. Plein d'acitivtés sportives également et nombreux jardins, musées, grottes, châteaux du Périgord Noir à visiter.

Calme et détente dans notre belle campagne. Nous proposons nos produits fait maison en service dîner gourmand et ils sont également en vente dans notre cave sur place ainsi que le vin de Bergerac.
Michèle diplomée de modelage esthétique propose des weekends cocooning pour vous ressourcer. Sortie Truffe avec atelier cuisine autour du fois gras et de la truffe proposée de Janvier à Mars en séjour minimum 2 nuits.
