The house is located on a beautiful finca with 3 other terraced houses, from where you can admire the coast and mountains of Cantabria and Asturias. The finca has a large, private estate with plenty of space for al fresco dining and sunbathing. Both Canales and Udías still maintain a rural character with a population of only 80 people, which guarantees a peaceful, relaxing holiday, away from the tourist bustle. The town of Comillas boasts splendid examples of medieval and baroque buildings, and artists such as Antonio Gaudí have also included his work "El Capricho de Gaudí". The university building of Comillas, the palace of "Sobrellano", the church "San Cristobal" and the facade of the cemetery should definitely have seen. In just 5 minutes by car, you can relax on the beautiful sandy beach of Comillas and a few miles further to visit the nature parks "Oyambre" and "Meron".
