Wonderful house in Pernera with private parking

This modern 2 bedroom villa with a private pool is located in the Pernera area of Protaras and is within a 10 minute walk to Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.

Outside, the garden features a barbecue, outside dining area and private pool.

As you walk into the villa, you will find the modern and well-kept open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room features a comfortable seating area with widescreen and Satellite TV (IPTV with Free Video on Demand). The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance that you require for your self-catering holiday. There is also a WC on this floor. Upstairs, you will find the two double bedrooms, both of which have an en suite bathroom with shower and WC and a shared balcony. The ideal choice for those looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday, lazy days sunbathing by the pool and within close reach of the beaches and resort centre

Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. The resort is lively during the summer months and hosts a varied selection of restaurants, bars and shops, suitable for couples and families of all ages. A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. The promenade is lit up during the evenings and features a number of eateries and bars that can be enjoyed from morning until late evening. Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area. Popular beaches in Pernera include Kalamies Beach, Pernera Beach and Marlita Beach, all of which are ideal for swimming and offer a selection of fun watersports. The resort has a waterpark which is great for a day of family fun and many child-friendly places to eat and drink in a relaxed atmosphere. Pernera is an excellent base to stay for a relaxing holiday whilst being close enough to the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa to enjoy the more vibrant nightlife that they offer.
