    “Pro:
    •Tolle Lage, nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand
    •toller Sandstrand, kindergeeignet
    •wunderschöne, sehr große Dachterrasse mit 180° Panorama-Blick über die gesamte Bucht
    •geräumig genug für 5 Leute
    •Für Mieter gibt's am Strand reduzierte Preise für Schirm und 2 Strandliegen (30,-€ für 5 Tage)
    •Völlig unkomplizierte Anreise um jede Uhrzeit möglich, da der Schlüssel in einem kleinen Tresor neben der Eingangstür hinterlegt wird.
    •Eincheck-Formalitäten völlig unkompliziert per WhatsApp bzw. sms
    •relativ neue Waschmaschine

    Contra (wie leider so oft in Italien...):
    •Duschkabine leckt, nach dem Duschen muss das ganze Bad gewischt werden
    •Die Klospülung ist eine einzige Katastrophe: man muss bis zu 6-8 Mal spülen bis alles weg ist, der Wasserstop ist kaputt, manchmal lief die Klospülung die ganze Nacht durch
    •Toaster kaputt (schmeißt ihn doch raus wenn er kaputt ist!!!)
    •Außentür kaputt (ließ sich nicht verriegeln)
    •Liegestühle kaputt (Bezug gerissen)
    •Türschloss völlig ruiniert mit deutlichen Einbruchsspuren
    •die Hälfte der Glühbirnen war kaputt
    •Fledermaus-Nest über der Eingangstüre (stört aber nicht wirklich)

    Und ich frage mich ernsthaft wer denn heutzutage wirklich noch einen Fernseher braucht... viel wichtiger wäre ein Internetanschluss. Mit einem Mobil-Router ging aber auch das relativ problemlos, da der Sendemast in der Nähe ist und man dadurch ein gutes Signal hat.
