The semi-detached house is located next to the second home of very discreet owners, the gardens are well separated. On the living level you go from the living room through the conservatory to the beautiful fenced garden with terrace and luxurious garden furniture. Take impressive walks from the house through the unspoiled countryside. You live very central for trips to Monschau (D), the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg or the lively towns of Malmedy and Spa. In Bütchenbach there is a recreation center on the lake of the same name. In summer a beach is open and you can surf and row. There is also an indoor swimming pool. Here you can enjoy the omnipresent nature and a high level of comfort all year round.
