Welcome to this wonderful and new build holiday home at Sandsjön with own boat and bathing place. Here is very quiet and beautiful, only one neighbouring. In a seperate building there is sauna and bathroom with shower. Both bathrooms is with tiles and floor heating in all the rooms. Wonderful lake view from the family room, the one bed room, balcony and the sauna. Enjoy the fire from the wood burningstove - free wood. Fishing in the lake, possible to cash pikes and perchs. Good bicycle paths.

    “Es ist ein schönes Ferienhaus mit einer separat stehenden Sauna. Der private Strand ist ca. 100m vom Haus entfernt. In der Nähe ca. 70m steht ein Nachbarhaus, wer eine absolute Ruhe sucht soll dies berücksichtigen.
    Das Haus ist relativ neu und wird mit Erdwärme beheizt, was natürlich sehr angenehmes Klima mit sich bringt. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber es ist auch kein Luxus Hotel.
    Da wir zu sechst waren, 4 Erwachsenen + 2 Kinder, ist uns immer wieder das Geschirr trotz Spülmaschine ausgegangen.
    Ein Boot steht den Urlaubern zur Verfügung, elektrischer Motor kann gleich angemietet werden, was wir auch gemacht haben.
    Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr nette Leute.”

    “Het huis is zeer netjes en schoon. Voldoende uitgerust in de keuken, prima bedden en een gezellige haard. De eigenaren zijn erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Prachtige ligging in het bos aan een meer. Vooral het meer met eigen bootje, de vrijstaande sauna (met uitzicht op het meer) en de houtkachel maken het huis tot een schitterend stekje.”
