This beautiful vacation home in the Midi-Pyrénées region is located in a quiet little hamlet 19 km from Saint-Gaudens. Those who love tranquility will certainly feel at home here. Wooden beams and stone walls emphasize the very cozy ambience inside, and from the terrace you have a magnificent mountain view. At the latest during an excursion through the quiet surroundings you will have completely forgotten your stressful everyday life. The famous pilgrimage route Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle runs literally in front of the house. The region is famous for its mountain honey and sheep's cheese and its cake on a spit, known as Rocher des Pyrénées. In Valcabrère (26 km), experience a beautiful 12th-century basilica and the cathedral of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges. Lac de Géry (31 km) is a lovely place to picnic. A recommended day trip destination is Tarbes (90 km) with its cathedral Notre-Dame-de-la-Sède and the garden Jardin Massey. After a long day of excursions you can relax wonderfully in this cozy and very nice vacation home.

    “The house is small, much smaller than our impression based on the photos. Downstairs it smelled musty and we had the impression it was not very well maintained: it should be vented more often and cleaned well once (mold from toaster etc.) and the nice bench repaired. The decor was complete enough and in a way luxurious. The bedroom on the first floor was wonderful (beautiful floor), the bathroom excellent with a wonderful shower. The bedroom in the attic was too low to stand. In the attic is one good small double bed. Other beds cannot really be used. The garden is very small and in a slope. The garden shed is very nice. The owner very friendly.”
