    “What you see is what you get, bis auf eine Ausnahme:
    Es handelt sich hier um ein Doppelhaus bei welchem die Terrassen der beiden Erdgeschossparteien, auf denen man sich ja den ganzen Tag/ Abend aufhält, leider nicht voneinander getrennt sind. Weder baulich noch durch irgendeine Sichtschutzbepflanzung.
    Man hat also die Nachbarn in einem Meter Abstand, sowohl akustisch (nicht so schlimm), als auch optisch, den ganzen Tag um sich. Jeder schaut jedem auf den Teller etc, suboptimal!

    Gut wäre auch: Funktionierende Mückengitter an allen Fenstern und Türen, das Kinderzimmer hat nur eine normale Türe und kein Fenster und hier kann man sich dann entschieden zwischen Schnakenopfer oder Hitzeerstickung.
    Ansonsten ist die Wohnung voll ok, die Ausstattung ausreichend und sauber.
    Kurzer Fußweg zu hübschem Strand.”

    “Die Lage dieses Objekts ist sensationell. Sehr ruhig gelegen und mit kurzem Privatweg über die Sanddüne zum wunderschönen Strand.
    Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr einfach, das Notwendigste ist in super Qualität vorhanden (Kühlschrank neu, Messer die auch scharf sind usw...
    Ganz besonders genossen haben wir die kleine schattige Terrasse mit der Aussicht wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Schade nur, dass es keine Grillmöglichkeit gibt
    Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für Ruhesuchende und Strandliebhaber ausgezeichnet.”
