Cosy holiday house for four persons, absolutely quiet, with a large garden, ideal for dog owners
The detached Weissdorn house with a garden is in the climatic spa town Stromberg-Schindeldorf. The little town is framed by the Rhine (world cultural heritage site Upper Central Rhine Valley), Nahe and Moselle, in the fabulous hilly landscape of the Hunsrück.
The house provides 100m² of living space, comprising a spacious living and dining room with a dining table for four people and a comfortable suite, which adjoins the well-equipped, open kitchen (ca. 60m²). A little hallway leads to the two bedrooms with double beds and the large bathroom with a shower. There is also a separate guest WC. The apartment has a very generous layout and is charmingly and comfortably furnished.
A large, partly roofed terrace provides access to the garden with mature birch and oak trees. The south-facing terrace affords an open view of the surroundings and the golf course. For those with small children and/or dogs, it may be important to know that the terrace can be closed off by two little gates.
In the vicinity there is an 18-hole golf course and a very beautifully situated new swimming pool with a sauna and snack bar. Many educational forest trails and waymarked routes through the wonderful Soonwald for walkers and joggers can be accessed directly from the house. Large original forests, wide meadows, vineyards and fields, as well as rural villages characterize this area.
