This bright and airy, modern furnished holiday apartment is located on the first line of Praia da Rocha, one of the best beaches in the Algarve, providing an amazing OceanView.

Your private sea view balcony is equipped with a table and chairs. The apartment also has private, secure and enclosed onsite parking.

This bright and airy, modern furnished holiday apartment is located on the third floor of the seven-storey building with elevators.

It provides a generous living space of 82 m² and can accommodate up to five adults plus one child. There is a bright and airy living-/dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two top modern bathrooms. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a wooden dining table with six chairs and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, the other has two 90 x 200 cm single beds that you can push together to make an additional double bed. One more person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room and there's a bed available for a child. The bathrooms both have a shower cabin, wash basin and toilet.

Other amenities include: Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV. Linen and bath towels are provided and changed once a week.
