The Terraseca Villa is a charming residence located in Bunyola, near the majestic Sierra de Tramuntana. This impressive villa offers four double bedrooms, each decorated with a unique and special touch, and can accommodate up to eight people.

With an area of 400 square metres, the villa is surrounded by large terraces ideal for enjoying the sun or sharing pleasant family dinners. The barbecue area provides a unique opportunity to prepare outdoor meals while enjoying the view of the city of Palma de Mallorca. In front of the house is a beautiful 10x5 metre swimming pool, a space that will surely become the favourite spot of your holidays.

The interior features a spacious kitchen with an island, perfect for enjoying family moments while cooking. It also has a luxurious living room with a fireplace and an indoor dining room, ideal for relaxing or watching a movie together.

The master suite is equipped with a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a large balcony with spectacular views of the mountain and the city of Palma. The other three bedrooms also have double beds and share two additional bathrooms with a bathtub.

Designed to make the most of the outdoor space, the villa allows you to enjoy the sun (south-facing), the views of the Bay of Palma and the typical nature of the Sierra de Tramuntana. With ample parking and a privileged location, Villa Tierraseca is the perfect retreat to disconnect and enjoy the tranquility.

Bunyola, located on the slopes of the Sierra de Tramuntana and only 25 minutes by car from the centre of Palma, is the perfect place for those looking to disconnect from the city without being too far away. There is a bus line to Palma nearby.

- There are 2 cots and 2 highchairs for babies available upon request.

*Rules:*

- This property is located in a residential area, so only responsible families or groups seeking tranquility will be accepted. Young groups will not be accepted.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If you wish, you can smoke outside, making sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.

- Keep order and cleanliness at all times.

- You will be responsible for the waste generated during your stay. Please separate the waste and place it in the designated area.

- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors to prevent cold or hot air from escaping.

- Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you wish to receive visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.

*Booking Conditions:*

- Guests must pay a deposit of €500.00 before arrival, which will be refunded upon departure.

- Please note that check-in after 9:00 PM has a charge of €50 to be paid in cash during the check-in.
