Bright Apartment in Torquay with Private Parking

Spacious first floor studio apartment in a historic Victorian villa with separate kitchen and bathroom The apartment is located in the south west England resort town of Torquay. This town together with its neighbours Paignton and Brixham comprise the area often known as The English Riviera. All three towns are clustered around the beautiful Tor Bay.

Surrounding the property is nearly an acre of gardens. Guests are welcome to make use of this facility at all times of the year. There is also a conservatory at the front of the property and this is also for communal use.

The studio apartment is situated on the first floor of this grand Victorian villa and is accessed via the grand sweeping staircase. It is a light and bright apartment with a large bay window and it benefits from having a separate kitchen. The studio has a king sized bed (UK size = 5 foot width), an antique Walnut bedroom set, a sofa and a dining table with chairs. The apartment overlooks the Rose Garden at the side of the property. Complimentary super-fast WIFI is included in the rate as is all bedding and towels. For guests staying more than 7 nights we undertake a complimentary bedding and towel change as well as a light clean. The apartment has a separate kitchen which has been newly refitted. This features an eye level oven as well as combination oven and microwave, a ceramic hob and a dishwasher. Guests are provided with a complimentary welcome pack of teas, coffees, milk etc. Lastly, the apartment also has a newly refitted shower room with large shower cubicle. All guests are supplied with a complimentary welcome pack of toiletries.

The property is a short drive from the centre of Torquay (about 5 minutes). There is an abundance of public transport available. For example, the nearest bus stop is only five minutes away on foot and will give access to a network that will enable a visitor to explore across the whole English Riviera as well as to places beyond such as Dartmouth, Totnes, Exeter and Plymouth. With "Wellswood Village" being so close by visitors have access to an incredible range of amenities without the need of having to get in their car.
