Ražanj is a small tourist resort in a deep bay 12 km southeast of Rogoznica (15 km away), in Šibensko-Kninska county. You can relax on several spacious terraces or in the green garden if you want to swim in the private pool or prepare delicious dishes under the covered grill, perhaps while the kids play on the playground.
The holiday villa is spread over three floors, combining modern interior design with traditional elements.
It offers privacy and comfort. The entire area is covered with free Wi-Fi, 5 flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, full equiped kitchen wth dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The villa is air-conditioned and heated. Bed linen and towels, baby cot are also available.
The modern equipment incloudes: oven, fridge, freezer, dishes for serving food and drinks, dishwasher, washing machine, air condition, 5 flat-screens TV, Internet/wifi, fireplace, linens, towels, free parking, swimming pool, barbecue, computer, DVD, music, games and puzzles for children.
The holiday villa is located 400 meters from the sea (5 minutes walk to the sea), 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach, supermarket/restaurants close by (300m).
While offering intimate privacy and comfort, thwvilla is ideally suited for those wishing to explore the beautiful Dalmatian coast. UNESCO world heritage sites in Trogir, Šibenik and Split are in the near vicinity, as well as spectacular national parks Krka Falls, Kornati Islands and Plitvice Lakes. One of the most prestigious marinas in the Mediterranean, Marina Frapa, and fascinating city of Primošten can all be reached within a 15-20 minutes drive. And for those arriving by plane, Split international airport is just 25 minutes away.
