Cozy apartment with shared pool in Playa de Piles, with capacity for 4 people

Enjoy the beach with your family in this beautiful apartment. It is located on the second floor of a building with a lift and it has access to a chlorine shared pool. It sizes 10 x 12 meters and it has a depth that goes from 0.5 to 1.8 meters. There you can take a dip before having lunch or remove the beach sand at the outside shower. There is also a children pool area with a depth of 0.3 meters.

The apartment has a spacious furnished terrace where you can have lunch or dinner outdoors with capacity for 6 people. The ample and luminous living room counts with a comfortable sofa where you can watch TV or take a little siesta. It shares the space with the dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is independent, with ceramic hob and all you may need to cook in your holidays. There is also a kettle under request. Then, you will find two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second one with two single beds and a closet. Both have street views. There is a second bathroom with a shower for the rest of the house. All the accommodation is air-conditioned If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. The house also has a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.

Playa de Piles is a quiet and familiar beach where you can enjoy relaxing moments, and it is ideal for families with children or to practice water sports. The apartment is just 500 meters away from it. It is quite large so that you can have nice walks over the fine golden sand and it counts with a beautiful promenade. At the town you will find all needed services for an independent stay.

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Strand, das war auch das einzige was sehr toll war. Für Selbstverpfleger ist die Wohnung nichts, weil die halbe Küchenausstattung fehlt. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr alt und verlebt.
    Im Wohnzimmer stand ein Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, den man garnicht nutzen konnte, weil es keinen Platz dafür gab. Die Wohnung war für 4 Personen, es gabe aber nur eine 2er Couch und daneben wurde ein Campingstuhl gestellt.
    Die Stockwerke stimmen nicht mit der Wohnungsnummer überein, was die Auffindung der Wohnung erschwert, z.B. Wohnung 1C liegt im 2. Stock.
    Im Vorratsschrank befanden sich Lebensmittel von Vormietern, allerdings waren einige Lebensmittel im Jahre 2014 abgelaufen. Um diese Wohnung wird sich einfach nicht gekümmert.
