    “1 huisje :
    2 uur voor het betrekken van de villa kregen we de melding dat er een probleem was met de boiler en we dus geen warm water zouden hebben. Bij aankomst aan de villa was er echter geen warm water noch gas om te koken. De conciërge en de eigenaar van de woning waren sinds 2 weken op de hoogte vh probleem met de boiler. Novasol, de partner ter plaatsen van Tuivilla, was hier ook van op de hoogte. Door het hoogseizoen en de laattijdige verwittiging hadden we geen andere keus dan de woning te betrekken.

    Bijkomend moet het zwembad dringend gerenoveerd worden -> 2 emmers met losgekomen steentjes stonden naast het zwembad + rond het zwembad was het niet proper -> sigarettenpeuken en lege bierflesjes van de vorige huurders rondom het zwembad” “1 huisje :
