Holiday House in Friedrichskoog-Spitze with Little Garden and Great View

It is amidst Friedrichskoog-Spitze, just 250 metres from the monitored (DLRG) main beach. Moin Moin. We are delighted you are interested in a holiday in this vibrant area.

We would like to offer you a temporary home where you will feel comfortable with the whole family and your four-legged companions. Let’s start with a guided tour: you enter into the entrance area, with a small but well-equipped kitchen on the left and a guest WC on the right. The open, generous living and dining room adjoins it. The dining space has a generous table for dining and playing board or card games. The living room has a sofa bed for an additional guests, a modern flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a Blu-ray player with Bluetooth. There are many board games in the cupboards, in case the weather is inclement. On the upper floor, there is a larger bedroom on the left with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. A travel cot can also be set up here. On the right there is the small bedroom with a berth bed that can be pulled out as a 160 x 200cm double bed, as well as a flat-screen satellite TV. Between the two bedrooms there is a little shower room. All three daylight rooms on the upper floor afford a great view over Friedrichskoog-Spitze.

The living room opens onto the terrace and the little garden. The terrace has a grill fireplace and garden chairs. There is a little washing area by the wall of the house, for washing mud from the tidal flats off clothing or pets. The house also offers free parking spaces right in front of the door, as well as a big garden site. The open garden has a little playground and a big lawn, ideal for playing football and running around, or else just relaxing. This area is shared by eight parties.

Pets are welcome, of any size or race.

Souvenir shops, bicycle hire, ice cream stalls, snack bars and restaurants, minigolf and tourist information are all within walking distance. The seal station and the indoor playground ‘Willi der Wal’ can be found in Friedrichskoog, as well as two supermarkets, further restaurants and cafes.

    “Wir fanden eine großzügige Wohnung vor, mit Möbeln wohnlich und liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Küche fand ich nicht ganz so praktisch, obwohl von der Fläche her geräumig. Wir waren froh, dass es unten eine Gästetoilette gab, auch wenn der Aufenthalt dort nicht so angenehm war.”
