The Baltic Sea village Rerik – the former fishing village is idyllically situated between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff, a little Baltic Sea bay opposite the Wustrow peninsula. The “Traumbrise” thatched house is in the Baltic Sea holiday park Rerik, which consists of various newly built holiday houses. It is about 1000 metres from the beach and right by a little forest, where you can find an ancient burial mound and watch deer on the fields in the morning.

The house, completed in July 2017, is ideal for families with children, a multigenerational holiday, a holiday with friends, colleagues or as a couple. The ground floor has a large living and dining room with a cosy leather corner suite, satellite TV, a radio/CD player, a iPod and USB port, a fireplace stove and a big dining table for 10 people, as well as a high-quality and fully-equipped kitchen with a big fridge and freezer compartment, an induction hob, extractor fan, raised oven, dishwasher, microwave etc. There is also a big shower room with a sauna. The modern bathroom consists of a sauna, a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms and a wellness bathroom. The beds all have adjustable slatted frames and high-quality mattresses. All the bedroom windows have fly screens and darkening blinds. The three bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed 180 x 200cm), bedside tables, a wardrobe and satellite TV. One of the bedrooms has a safe for your valuables. The wellness bathroom provides a bath, a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The converted attic is ideal for children. It has two bedrooms, one with two single beds (90 x 200cm), a desk and a wardrobe, the second with a double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables, a wardrobe, sideboard and satellite TV, as well as the third bathroom with a little shower for children, a toilet and washbasin. The highlight on this floor is the den for children.

The two-family house is on a site of around 1250m², which is fenced to a height of around 1 metre, so dog owners can relax. Two cars can be parked one behind the other by the house and bicycles can be locked away in the bicycle shed. The living and dining room opens onto the large south-facing terrace (20m²). The big garden table for up to 10 people invites you to enjoy a sociable grill evening. An electric grill is available in the bicycle she. Charcoal, open fire and fireworks are prohibited due to the fire risk of the thatched roof. A maximum of two dogs are welcome.

This part of the Baltic Sea is characterised by large rapeseed fields, as well as by an elevated location over the Baltic Sea with a pleasant breeze. Rerik itself is centrally located between the Hanseatic towns Rostock and Weimar (world cultural heritage sites). The Baltic Sea towns Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm (the white town by the Baltic Sea) can also be visited on a pleasant cycle tour, in combination with a ride on the “Molli” narrow-gauge train.

    “Dieses Haus bietet alles was man sich wünscht! Schöne Räume, gute Ausstattung und bis ins Detail ausgestattete Küche ! Grosszügiger Platz im ganzen Haus ! Einfach toll. waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern ,2 und 5 Jahre da. WIR HABEN UNS SUPERWOHL GEFÜHLT”

    “Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie sich superwohl gefühlt haben.

    Für die Hinterlassenschaften können wir uns nur entschuldigen. Da das Haus 2 Wochen vor dieser Anreise leer gestanden hat und zwischenzeitlich der Gärtner 2x vor Ort war, kann es sich eigentlich nicht um Hundekot gehandelt haben. Zudem die letzten Gäste keinen Hund hatten. Durch die direkte Lage an Wald und Feldern, ist nicht auszuschließen, dass andere Tiere im Garten waren evtl. auch Katzen.

    Wir haben uns aus Hygiene- und Sicherheitsgründen gegen Spielgeräte entschieden. Sandkisten werden nicht immer geschlossen, so nutzen Katzen aus der Nachbarschaft diese als Toilette oder ggf. auch andere Tiere. Die Spielgeräte sind Wind und Wetter ausgesetzt. Dazu kommt, dass wir regelmäßig beobachten können, dass bei anderen die Geräte Zweckentfremdet werden und nicht nur von Kindern sondern auch von Erwachsenen genutzt werden. Wir möchten nicht die Haftung übernehmen, sollte Ihren Kindern etwas durch die Nutzung unserer Spielgeräte passieren. An unseren hochwertigen Kindersicherheitstüren können Sie erkennen, dass die Sicherheit unserer kleinen Gäste uns wichtig ist. Eine riesen große Sandkiste finden Sie am Strand. Der nächste Kinderspielplatz liegt in ca. 500 Meter Entfernung, auf dem Campingplatz.”
