The house is fantastically beautiful. It is located 50 meters from the water on the beautiful bay. So you have a beautiful view of the Kalmar Strait. The interesting town of Kalmar, where you can discover a lot of history and that is quite lively in the summer, is only 20 km away. You can also visit the Kalmar Castle, Kalmar Läns Museum with the finds of sunken ship Kronan, cross the bridge and take a trip to Öland. The house is comfortable and has a generously sized living room with large windows towards the water. It has a fireplace and is open to the kitchen. On the veranda you will experience sunny days and warm summer evenings. Boat and canoe are included (together with 1283035), they lie on the bridge, a stone's throw from the house. Here you can swim well and fishing, and there find a mass mushrooms. In addition to hiking trails, there are also tours for mountain bikes. Two quality mountain bikes can be rented if booked in advance, directly to the owner and at a fixed price per week per bike. The wheels are suitable for those with 160-175 cm and 175-190 cm and can be seen on one of the photos. Bicycle helmets, protective equipment are not included. Any damage to the bike must be repaired in Kalmar on its own costs. The house is in good distance for a day trip to the park Astrid Lindgren's World, Västervik and of course the Glass Factory.
