Holiday House in Lefktro with Private Parking and Fantastic Views

Large ,luxurius villa with stunning sea view and an amasing pool on 4000sq m private garden

Occupying a fantastic location, this impressive, charming property is set amongst pretty private gardens at the edge of the beautiful village Neochori and the pretty village of Stoupa can be reached within a 10 minute drive, where you will find a lovely sandy beach and a great selection of bars and tavernas, however, a typical local café/bar and small mini-market can be found just a few minutes walk away.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. Villa Sunset(214m²), is split out on three levels and is a spacious, by the traditional Mani style built stone house, with the traditional exterior boasting tasteful arches and terracotta tiled roof. It’s built on a slight slope plot of 4000m²full of all sorts of organic trees such as olive, citrus, mulberry, fig, almond and cherry trees as well as with a lot of Mediterranean bushes like oleander and rosemary.
Our guests have the opportunity to pick the ripe fruits direct off the trees
Access to the plot is through a large automatic garden gate and a stone plated road leads from there to the over covered car parking area and to the entrance to the main house which is on two levels.
At the first level is the large comfortably furnished and classically decorated, living and dining room with flat screen Sat/Tv ,an open plan, fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave,big fridge/freezer, coffee machine and toaster. From there a balcony door leads onto the large covered terrace with stunning view of the whole Messinian Golf with breath taking sunsets and over the pool.
The lovely swimming pool and terrace are surrounded by gorgeous green lawns. Built up to the highest standards, it is the largest (5x10) and deepest (1,20 -2,70), private pool in the whole region, with capacity over 100m³ of crystal clear water.
Pool towels are provided.
From the dining area, a hall way leads to a single and a twin bed room as well as to the bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
A stair case leads up to the second level, with the spacious master bedroom with a double bed of 2m, a flat screen Sat/TV and an en suite bathroom with toilet, basin and bath tub with over head shower. The bedroom has got direct access onto a large sized veranda with amazing panoramic sea view.
On the ground floor level is the utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The self-contained apartment (71m²) on the pool level can sleep up to 4 people, and can be accessed by both sides of the main property. The ground floor veranda, covered with vine allows the entrance to the apartment and also access to the pool are.

It contains a double bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen Sat/TV, a twin bedroom, a sitting area with an open plan kitchen fully-equipped with an oven, coffee machine, fridge, toaster and a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin .
The lay out of the villa is just ideal for large families ore family reunions.

All the terraces are equipment with garden furniture and there are sunbeds all around the pool.
Villa Sunset is ideal for a large group wanting lots of space both inside and out. The lovely swimming pool and terrace are surrounded by gorgeous green lawns and dozens of olive trees, with fantastic views across the countryside and out to the beautiful Ionian Sea; both first and second floor balconies providing the perfect location to sit and watch the stunning sunsets. The grounds are an impressive 4000sqm so the many hidden terraces and patio areas create various retreats perfect for a good read or an afternoon snooze!
The whole property is fenced and a quite neighbor hood guaranties for relaxed vacations.

Villa Sunset's pool is the largest private pool of the whole area and the location of the property unique.

We are always there for our guests if needed and we are happy to share with them the hidden beauties of our historical area.
The pretty village of Stoupa can be reached within a 10 minute drive, where you will find two lovely sandy beaches and a great selection of bars and tavernas, however, a typical local café/bar and small mini-market can be found just a few minutes’ walk away from the villa.
If our guest desire, we are also offering extra cleaning service or bed linen, as often requested.

    “Zeer vriendelijke gastheer, gastvrouw

    Kleine opmerking te weinig keuken materiaal voor zien voor 9 mensen zodat je vaak bezig bent met de afwas alsook 1 klein koffie zet apparaat dat wegens te goedkope kwaliteit vaak omvalt van zodra er koffie doorloopt Wij Belgen worden graag wakker met een goed koo koffie en dit was hier een opgave om smorgens iedereen in te voor zien.”
