Spacious luxury villa with sea view

The villa is a special landmark in Fethiye, thanks to its privileged hillside location. The villa is an ideal retreat and resting place, but thanks to its large private swimming pool and several spacious terraces, the villa offers a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for you and your children. The city of Fehtiye with its busy old town centre is only a short distance from the villa. Depending on whether you prefer a relaxing or active holiday, the villa is very attractive for both types of design and at all seasons for our guests. The lovingly furnished house will welcome you from the first moment with its special aura.

The villa, built in 2012, was acquired by us in 2016 and completely renovated in 2016/2017.
In the villa you will find all the comforts you would expect from a comfortable holiday home:
- The in-house swimming pool has a size of approx. 45 m² with a depth of 180 cm and due to its size not only children are offered great bathing pleasure, but also adults who are looking for a sporty holiday. Daily cleaning service of the pool is inclusive.
On request, the pool is heated (extra charge).
- There are four bedrooms, three of these are equipped with kingsize beds the fourth bedroom has three single beds in the upper floor. Each bedroom is equipped with private bath and shower, our skipper room also has a Jacuzzi bath.
- The house is equipped with an open fireplace, all tiled rooms have floor heating
- Independently controllable air-conditioning systems ensure cool air supply in the summer, but due to the slope of the house, a nice climate is provided by the environment, which ensures a pleasant wind pull.
In winter the air conditioners can also be used to heat the rooms.
- The three terraces as well as the open kitchen invite you to stay and enjoy your leisure time.
- The powerful Internet connection allows all guests to get in touch with the home.

- The south side of the house offers a great view over the city of Fethiye, the marina and the romantic bay of Fethiye, as well as many hours of sunshine from all floors as well as from the pool
- The pool is heatable on request, however, extra electricity is charged for this.
- The garden has been redesigned as part of the renovation work and has become a well-kept oasis with local plants.
- On all terraces there are chairs, umbrellas and tables. At the pool area you also find several sunbeds.
- The villa is located in the new and aspiring district Tasyaka ( 2 km distance to the city of Fethiye)

Individual boat trips can be arranged from the port of Fethiye

- Within walking distance (about 150m) is a restaurant (Sundial) with an excellent local cuisine and a private pool area, which can be used by the guests of the restaurant on a daily basis, without a fee if you eat a meal in the restaurant. The restaurant is embedded in an extensive and beautifully cultivated garden area. From the restaurant terrace and the pool area you can enjoy a spectacular view of the city of Fethiye, the coastal landscape and the sea
- Distance to the beaches of Fethiye is about 5 km, to the beaches of the nature reserve "Ölüdeniz" amounts to about 9 km. In about 30 minutes (by car) you reach the top of the mountain "Babadag", from which you can enjoy not only a spectacular view, but also paragliding flights - pure adrenaline!
- We recommend a rental car during your stay (can be booked through us) - Taxis or dolmus (minibuses) are regularly and are cheap.
